Saved progress
How do I protect my coins and progress?
The game saves your player profile on your device. Open your profile from the map and choose Connect / sync iCloud to connect your optional iCloud save. Use the same Apple account on your devices.
Game Center identifies your player and handles achievements and scores. It does not replace your Skirmish save or iCloud backup.
Do not delete the app to troubleshoot a save you want to keep. Without an iCloud copy, deleting the app or losing the device can lose progress.
What if I see an iCloud conflict or save warning?
Read the message before choosing a save. If you are unsure which profile is correct, choose Decide later and report the problem through TestFlight. Avoid replacing a save or making further coin purchases until the warning is resolved.
Why is my battle score different from my coin balance?
Your balance is the coins available to spend. Battle score is the lifetime total earned from training and recorded AI victories. Spending does not reduce that score, and purchased coins and supply-drop rewards do not increase it.
To submit your score, connect Game Center, link your profile and enable Share battle score.
Coins & purchases
A coin purchase is pending or missing
Open the coin history from the map, open the coin bundle purchase screen, and choose Check pending purchases. The original saved player profile needs to be available so the game can associate the purchase with the correct wallet.
If coins still do not appear, report the message shown. Do not buy the same bundle again just to retry a missing delivery.
How do I restore a purchased operation?
Open Premium Operations from Green Valley and choose Restore Purchases. Use the Apple account that made the purchase. Each operation also requires its associated free level to be unlocked.
Coin bundles are consumable purchases. Restoring permanent operations does not refill spent coins.
Why is a purchase unavailable?
Check your connection and try loading the products again. Purchases may be unavailable while Apple’s store services or the beta’s product configuration are unavailable. Report the product and any message you see.
For questions about an Apple charge or refund, use Apple’s purchase support.
Playing the beta
Where should I start?
Choose Proving Ground, Level 1, on Green Valley. It introduces the coin flip, tank selection, movement dice, destinations and combat. Winning free campaign battles unlocks the next free level.
Does head-to-head mean online multiplayer?
In this beta, head-to-head means two people sharing one device. Player Two’s controls and messages face the other side of the screen. Online matchmaking is not included yet.
Why can’t I play the other campaigns or watch a rewarded video?
Campaigns marked Coming Soon are previews, with no playable levels yet. Rewarded videos are currently available as test ads in development builds and disabled in release builds, including TestFlight builds. If the video option is unavailable, this may be expected for your build.
Report a problem
Open TestFlight, choose Project Skirmish and use Send Beta Feedback. You can include a screenshot or a short recording.
Please tell us:
- Your device model and iOS or iPadOS version.
- The level and whether you were playing AI or head-to-head.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened.
- The exact message shown, if there was one.
Avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or screenshots containing unrelated private information.
